About the Role 📝
The GTM Manager sits within Product Marketing, equipping commercial teams across JAPAC with tools, messaging, and resources to clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.

💡 Role and Responsibilities
Sales Enablement Activation
- Partner with regional Sales and Marketing leads to define product-based enablement priorities.
- Localise and adapt messaging into actionable, sales-ready content tailored to different markets and sales stages.
- Develop and maintain decks, one-pagers, case studies, playbooks, and activation guides.
- Gather feedback from sales leadership and optimise enablement materials based on adoption and impact.
Go-to-Market Support
- Support product and feature launches by aligning enablement deliverables with the global GTM strategy.
- Ensure content accurately reflects product capabilities, positioning, and value drivers.
- Produce visually engaging training and onboarding materials for local teams.
📌 Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in GTM or sales enablement in field marketing or B2B marketing in AdTech.
- Experience with enablement platforms such as Showpad or Highspot.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills; able to simplify technical concepts for sales collateral.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Asana, and basic reporting.
- Experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content production is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working across departments/time zones.
